I’m finally back home after a rough day traveling, and am just trying to catch up on my sleep. I totaled about 15 hours of sleep for an entire week, and I’m having trouble keeping my eyes open writing this.

My flickr has been updated with pictures from both Miami and my stop at Charlotte. I was born in Charlotte, and still find it one of the most inspiring cities I’ve ever visited. Thanks to another flight delay, I had almost eight hours until my final plane and decided to go downtown to visit some of the places I enjoyed as a kid.

Overall, I enjoyed my vacation and might be going back down to Miami before college starts simply because I have a few extra airline miles.

As for the site, I realize that the “Essay in Progress” marker has remained stationary for over four days on my latest essay, but it should be moving as soon as I can gather my thoughts again.
